Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a large company; public accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; ability to analyze large data sets.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; ability to apply accounting theory to operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly close activities for the insurance and warranty program, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial activity using multiple systems and reporting tools.
• Create supporting schedules to explain business drivers and their impact on financial results.
• Review third-party contracts for proper accounting and administration.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audits.
