Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (in good standing).
• Dual licensure in NM or OK is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with the team.
• Appear in court, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high-quality output.
• Maintain an average of 180 billable/collected hours per month.
