The role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or onsite work and a clear pathway to partnership. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of solid litigation experience, strong courtroom presence, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Licensed to practice law in California (CA Bar).
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a case theme that is compelling and strategic.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Collaborate with team across experience levels to manage high‑exposure matters.
• Maintain routine client communications and cultivate client relationships.
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
