Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance defense or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities.
