Qualifications

• Eight to fifteen years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions for first party property and general liability matters.
• Litigation experience including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.
• Admission to the Texas Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contracts of all kinds and represent insurers in complex coverage claims.
• Engage in monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with insurers, reinsurers, and third‑party administrators across lines of business.
