Orchid Insurance, an Arrowhead Intermediaries company, seeks a Compliance Manager to lead regulatory initiatives and advise senior leadership. Hybrid Tampa, FL or Remote in selected states. You will mentor staff, shape enterprise compliance policies, and advocate with regulatory agencies.

The role requires 5+ years in insurance compliance and a strong grasp of OFAC, state forms and rate requirements, plus solid communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance-related compliance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including OFAC and state form and rate requirements.
• Familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance compliance standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Compliance Analyst I and II.
• Manage compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on impacts.
• Develop regulatory strategies for new products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal on investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver compliance training and support across departments.
