Qualifications

• 4 years of healthcare revenue cycle or related operations experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus to support a diverse patient population.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Experience with Epic scheduling modules or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for complex authorization and preservice financial clearance workflows.
• Manage high-complexity authorization cases including advanced procedures and specialty programs.
• Interpret payer policies to ensure compliance and prevent denials.
• Coordinate peer-to-peer reviews, escalations, and complex resolution activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure medical necessity prior to service.
• Support denial prevention and revenue risk mitigation.
