Job summary

EthosEnergy in Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment in a power facility. The role includes coordinating with outside contractors, overseeing CMMS work orders, and ensuring strict safety and regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has extensive DCS/PLC experience, familiarity with ABB Bailey DCS, GE Mark V/VI turbine controls, and Allen-Bradley PLCs, plus knowledge of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelor preferred.
• DCS and PLC knowledge with industrial electronics background.
• Experience with ABB Bailey DCS, GE Mark V/VI, and Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs instrument and control system malfunctions including PLCs and DCS.
• Installs electrical equipment and performs routine maintenance.
• Coordinates with contractors and manages work orders in CMMS.
• Performs tests on electrical systems and monitors safety procedures.
• Maintains water treatment and auxiliary plant equipment as needed.
• Operates and maintains combined cycle power generating facility equipment.
