Job summary

FEG Investment Advisors seeks an Associate Vice President of Institutional Sales to grow the firm's institutional business by originating new client opportunities and strengthening relationships with endowments, foundations, healthcare organizations, and other institutional clients.

The AVP will develop market knowledge, source qualified opportunities, and collaborate with advisors, marketing, and leadership to convert relationships into long-term partnerships while mentoring junior sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in institutional sales or related finance field.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective institutional clients through outbound activities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, consultants, and centers of influence.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM records; drive opportunities through the sales cycle.
