You will build relationships with new and existing accounts, present Merit products, and coordinate with marketing and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes effective communication, product knowledge, and a drive to achieve sales goals while collaborating with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• Three years of combined direct sales or outbound sales experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others in a sales relationship.
• A high degree of motivation and drive to achieve goals.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain product usage.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains close relationships with new clients and existing accounts.
• Calling clients to present Merit products, explain benefits, and identify needs.
• Identifying potential customers and introducing Merit product groups.
• Prepare pricing contracts and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Mentor new Inside Sales Representatives and share sales best practices.
• Meet personal sales goals and help grow regional market share.
