Qualifications

• Masters degree in discipline that corresponds to required licensure.
• Current Colorado NP, PMHNP, PA license and corresponding board certification.
• 1-3 years of related clinical experience; rotations/fellowships may be counted.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment; perform preadmission screening.
• Evaluate and treat patients scheduled for medical clinic; perform health assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatry team and outside providers; coordinate care and referrals.
• Maintain documentation and stay up-to-date with policies.
