Job summary

Doxim seeks a Print Operator II to manage high-volume inkjet printing equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and productivity in a fast-paced production setting. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and mentor Print Operator I team members.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate records, and collaboration with teammates to meet production goals while maintaining stringent quality standards across multiple printers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating inkjet printers or similar production printing equipment.
• 1–3 years of related production, manufacturing, or print experience.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate two to three printers simultaneously while meeting production and quality standards.
• Train and mentor Print Operator I staff on operation, quality procedures, and safety.
• Diagnose, adjust, and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Load and unload paper stock and materials required for production.
• Perform quality checks and maintain established quality standards.
• Maintain targeted equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Operate auxiliary software and production systems as instructed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
