Qualifications

• 5 or more years in manufacturing, Plastics, and/or new model engineering.
• Need someone who has launched new projects and developed injection molding processes.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding and other plastics manufacturing equipment and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead new model projects to mass production in the plastics department.
• Define SQDCM targets, manage investment/expense items, and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure training, documentation, quality databases, and GPCS systems are in place before launch.

Skills

Injection Molding experience and troubleshooting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage cross-functional teams

Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education

BSME / BSEE or equivalent relevant work experience
