Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Tax to join the team and lead tax workstreams for our datacenter and infrastructure investments. You will own intake, build tax models, and coordinate with Legal, FP&A, and International Tax to ensure accurate deal tax treatment.

The role requires hands‑on tax expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong background in infrastructure tax planning and transfer pricing.
• Experience leading tax workstreams for capital-intensive transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own intake for infrastructure deals and coordinate workstreams end-to-end.
• Analyze lease vs. buy, entity structures, and tax provisions for deals.
• Build and maintain post‑tax deal economics models and scenarios.
• Prepare tax inputs for technical accounting and quarterly provisions.
