Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) in Huntsville, AL is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to lead a team of system administrators and network engineers. You will design, deploy, and maintain the in‑house network to support an Army network, with emphasis on Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, and Cisco networking.

The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
• Prior experience as a Systems Administrator with Windows Server and Linux.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adapt quickly, and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies.
• Group Policy/Active Directory configuration and management; PowerShell proficiency.
• Knowledge of O365, SharePoint, and Azure; security and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of Systems Administrators and Network Engineers.
• Provides technical support to local and remote users and stakeholders.
• Configures IT infrastructure in line with best practices and DISA STIGs.
• Maintains server and system security for RMF accreditation packages.
• Monitors and maintains IT systems, networks, and databases; applies patches.
• Coordinates OS, middleware, and database patches; communicates changes.
• Collaborates with application teams to size server needs for new apps.
• Provides end-user training and mentorship; supports the cyber team.
