Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives across enterprise technology modernization, cloud, security, and operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience within enterprise technology environments.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure-focused initiatives with multiple teams and vendors.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, or enterprise programs.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, governance processes, and executive communications.
• Preferred PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL Foundation, and cloud certifications.
• Healthcare industry experience and regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure projects from initiation through deployment and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across cloud, network, security, end-user computing, hosting, storage, and identity management.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans for successful delivery.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align objectives and resources.
• Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts, and vendor expenditures.
• Ensure PMO, security, and regulatory standards compliance; support testing and transition.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM practices and delivery methodologies.
