Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking a senior Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve our Windows server estate across on‑premises, virtual, and cloud environments. You will design, implement, and operate high‑availability AD, Azure/M365 services, and security controls while driving modernization and cost stewardship.

You will lead upgrades end‑to‑end, manage backup/recovery across data centers, and automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Python.

Qualifications

• US citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Windows server estate—on-premises, virtual, and cloud.
• Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers; lead upgrades end-to-end.
• Operate Active Directory, domain services, replication, DNS, and GPOs.
• Manage Azure/M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
• Administer Entra ID MFA and Conditional Access; implement PAM and hybrid identity.
• Oversee on-premises virtualization and VM standards; ensure capacity and resilience.
• Maintain backup and recovery across on-prem and cloud; test restores and define RPO/RTO.
• Automate with PowerShell/Python; integrate systems via APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Lead or contribute to security and licensing posture; optimize costs and renewals.
• Mentor engineers; set technical standards; communicate status to leadership.
