Job summary

Intentsify, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Infrastructure to advance our infrastructure systems, focusing on build/deploy, observability, monitoring, and backups. You will work in a distributed team, collaborating with IT, security, and product teams while leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and Python.

The role offers a fully remote setup with coordination across US/Europe hours and opportunities for growth in data processes, privacy, and security practices within a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS services and the Kubernetes ecosystem (at least 2 years).
• Experience managing data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Expertise in Python and modern IaC principles and tooling (Terraform and Pulumi).
• Knowledge of security, performance, observability, disaster recovery and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of infrastructure services.
• Ensure teams using the infrastructure platform have a self-service experience.
• Implement cloud infrastructure best practices for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Develop observability strategies to detect and resolve issues proactively.
• Plan and test disaster recovery procedures and backup strategies with the CISO.
• Maintain compliance infrastructure including data catalogs and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT and security to meet standards and certifications.
• Mentor teammates and support out-of-hours on-call rotation.
