Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience programming in C++.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design resilient, high-performance distributed systems and backend services that power large-scale IaaS and container networking platforms.
• Develop and optimize production-grade code (primarily in Go/C++) for Kubernetes components, custom controllers, and orchestration engines.
• Build and evolve software-defined networking, network virtualization, and data center connectivity layers.
• Drive system reliability and performance tuning across large-scale deployments with testing frameworks, telemetry, and fault-tolerant patterns.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical strategy while collaborating with cross-functional partners and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
