Job summary

Endex seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to make our production platform reliable, observable and easy to operate at scale. You will partner with product engineers to improve deployments, service reliability and the developer experience as usage grows.

You will build and maintain the platform that powers our AI agent workloads, ensuring scalable performance and efficient resource utilization for demanding customers.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production cloud systems.
• Ability to write maintainable automation and tooling.
• Ability to diagnose failures and prioritize risks.
• Ability to design clear interfaces and workflows for developers.

Responsibilities

• Build the Production Platform: maintain cloud infrastructure, environments and services for workloads.
• Make Reliability Observable: create SLIs, alerts and runbooks for incident diagnosis.
• Improve Release Safety: implement CI/CD and IaC with safe rollback paths.
• Support Engineering Velocity: provide tools, environments and docs to reduce friction.
• Operate for Scale: investigate incidents, plan capacity and optimize performance.
