Job summary

InTouch Credit Union is seeking a senior-level IT infrastructure and cybersecurity architect to lead design, evaluation, and implementation of the enterprise security and resilience stack. This role ensures secure, scalable and compliant operations across network, cloud, and endpoints.

The candidate will provide architectural direction, work with VP IT and third-party providers, and guide security monitoring, incident response, and technology modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, or equivalent commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure, network engineering, systems engineering, or cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of SharePoint including hub sites, libraries, lists, pages, navigation, content organization, permissions, access requests, site ownership, group membership, governance, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, implement, secure, and continually improve network, cloud, systems, endpoint, security, monitoring, and resilience technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity.

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for providing senior-level technical expertise, architecture, engineering, and operational support for the Credit Union’s enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity environment. This position serves as a senior individual contributor and subject matter expert responsible for designing, evaluating, implementing, securing, and continuously improving network, cloud, systems, endpoint, security, monitoring, and resilience technologies. The role works closely with the Vice President IT,Cybersecurity, IT staff and third-party providers to ensure the Credit Union’s technology environment is secure, reliable, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The position provides technical leadership and architectural direction but does not have direct personnel management responsibility.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, or equivalent commensurate experience.

Experience

• A minimum of ten (10) + years of enterprise infrastructure, network engineering, systems engineering, or cybersecurity experiencerequired.
• Serve as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert for enterprise infrastructure, network, cloud connectivity, cybersecurity architecture, and technology resilience.
• Experience in the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of SharePoint including hub sites, libraries, lists, pages, navigation, content organization, permissions, access requests, site ownership, group membership, governance, and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Required Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to support and enhance security monitoring and incident detection capabilities through SIEM, logging, alerting, correlation, and other monitoring platforms; assist with investigation and response to
  significant security or infrastructure events.
• Ability to evaluate, implement, and secure network architecture, including WAN, LAN, Internetconnectivity, SD-WAN/SASE, remote access, segmentation, routing, switching, wireless, and related
  network services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, network engineering, systems engineering, permissions management, secure sharing, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and effective communication when working with employees, members, leadership, and third parties, including during high-impact incidents and other time
  sensitive situations.
