Job summary

Harvey Nash USA is seeking a Project/Program Manager IV to lead critical infrastructure and construction projects for a global data center leader. You will manage timelines, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional teams across planning, execution, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project/program management, strong infrastructure and construction background, and vendor management experience. PMP certification and data center knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong critical infrastructure experience.
• Strong construction project background.
• Experience with vendor management and contractor coordination.
• Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage critical infrastructure and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and potential delays.
• Manage vendor activities and ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare project status reports and provide updates to leadership.
• Track multiple project activities and ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Support overall project/program execution and provide structure and visibility across stakeholders.
