Smarter Agent is one of the most widely used software platforms in the real estate industry and is integrated into the operations of many of the premier organizations in the residential real estate market. Our data and technology teams are best in class and serve as the backbone of our enterprise.

Responsibilities

Architect, engineer and maintain Smarter Agent production environment which is one of the largest real estate data and client endpoint infrastructures in North America.
Develop system and components for large scale real estate SaaS system running primarily AWS services.

Qualifications

Experience with data stores with ~1B records with > 1M daily updates.
Understanding of performance metrics and practices for Web and Mobile applications.
Experience with at least two years of Python engineering and development.
Knowledge of AWS, including Boto, S3, Lambda and S3 Triggers.
Experience in Web Frameworks for Python, including Django and async frameworks is highly desirable.
Implementation experience for systems at scale and with metric, logging, and monitoring systems.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSql database systems, ElasticSearch preferred.
Knowledge of CDN and image processing systems.
Experience with common ETL processes, tools and software.
