Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in CS, CE, SE, or related field.
• 6–10+ years designing, architecting, and maintaining real-time/embedded systems.
• Expert in C++, system programming, multi-threading, and low-latency IPC/middleware.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-team initiatives from inception to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for high-throughput IPC middleware and runtime engines for onboard systems.
• Own build infrastructure, toolchains, and compiler strategies to boost developer velocity.
• Architect deterministic simulation platforms and automated diagnostic toolchains.
• Drive cross-functional performance profiling, memory optimization, and latency reductions.
• Mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and lead design reviews.
