Job summary

American Tower is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join the Information Security Team in Boston. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver Information Security initiatives, reporting on the overall project portfolio across IAM, tool implementations (SIEM, DLP, CASB, EDR), cloud security, vulnerability management, network and firewall management, and related IT projects.

You will drive PMO operations including resourcing, budgeting, prioritization, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
PMP certification; Agile certifications preferred.
8+ years of project management experience supporting IT and/or Information Security initiatives.
Experience with PMO governance, portfolio management, and resource planning tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Information Security projects through the full lifecycle, maintaining plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Monitor scope, risks, issues, budget, and resources; facilitate governance meetings and status reviews.
Ensure deliverables align with security objectives and strategic priorities.
Coordinate activities across cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, cloud, networking, and business teams.
Maintain project portfolio dashboards, reporting metrics, and executive status updates.
Manage PMO processes including intake, prioritization, scheduling, and governance.
