Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Senior Information Security Project Manager to plan and deliver cybersecurity initiatives across business units. You will operate within a developing PMO, coordinating with cybersecurity, data engineering, infrastructure, risk, legal, and stakeholders.

Expect 3–4 concurrent security projects with focus on scope, schedule, budget, risks, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of IT/tech project management experience in information security, PMP

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of IT/tech project management with info security delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in cybersecurity or data security domains.
• Understanding of core cybersecurity and data governance concepts.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SOC 2.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing contractual deliverables.
• Strong communication, organization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent information security projects.
• Coordinate data lake security, data classification, and data governance initiatives.
• Support delivery of security projects involving IAM, DLP, cloud security, endpoint protection, and security operations.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, risk logs, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineers, security teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Track vendor commitments, project dependencies, audit remediation, and security deliverables.
• Maintain audit-ready project records and security control documentation.
• Support improvements to PMO processes, templates, and project delivery methods.
