Job summary

Solution Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to design and manage enterprise security controls across cloud, on‑prem, and endpoints from Schaumburg, IL.

You will drive compliance with SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC standards, and HIPAA while leading security technology implementations. Responsibilities include IAM, PAM, MFA, DLP, vulnerability management, and secure configuration using IaC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/InfoSec.
• 5+ years of information security with hands‑on enterprise security controls.
• Experience securing Azure and Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, DevSecOps, AI/ML security, and security automation.
• Scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security controls.
• Lead IAM, RBAC, PAM, and identity governance initiatives.
• Manage MFA, SSO, federation, and certificate management.
• Administer endpoint and cloud security technologies (EDR/XDR, malware protection).
• Develop DLP strategies across endpoints, email, networks, and cloud.
• Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and remediation tracking.
• Establish secure configuration management and IaC validation.
• Collaborate with CISO and Infrastructure to secure Azure and GCP.
