Key Tasks:

Lead and support information assurance and cybersecurity activities for classified IC/DoD systems. The role is responsible for maintaining system security posture, conducting vulnerability and risk assessments, managing security configurations and a high volume of System Security Plans (SSPs), ensuring compliance with applicable security frameworks, and partnering with technical stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.

Required Skills:

• - 10+ years of hands-on ISSO/information security experience supporting IC or DoD environments.
• - Strong knowledge of customer security tools, policies, frameworks, and system authorization processes.
• - Working knowledge of servers, information assurance (IA), networking protocols, and network services.

Desired Skills:

Direct hands-on ISSO experience, IC/DoD environments, SSPs, RMF, security authorization, IAM II certification, LatteArt, Biscotti, Xacata, STE/STN

Required Education / Certifications:

• - DoD 8140.03 IAM Level II certification or higher, such as CASP+ or CISSP.
• - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline preferred.
• - 12+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 128,000 – 16,000. The final salary will be determined based on various factors.
