Job summary

Full Visibility LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Information System Security Officer with an active Top Secret clearance to work onsite. The candidate will advise the SO, BPO, and CISO/ISSM on security of information systems and oversee security controls, ATO processes, and POAM development.

The role requires 8+ years as ISSO, a Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience), and experience with ATO, Scans, Xacta, and vulnerability reporting. Counterintelligence polygraph eligibility applies.

Job Description

Full Visibility is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer with a Top Secret Clearance to work onsite in Washington, DC. Candidate MUST possess an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination based on their assignment after their start date. Selected candidates must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

As a Senior Information System Security Officer with Full Visibility, the successful candidate will serve as the principal advisor to the Information System Owner (SO), Business Process Owner, and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) / Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on all matters, technical and otherwise, involving the security of an information system. Responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of security controls. Direct and implement the necessary controls and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction. Provide guidance and direction for the physical protection of information systems assets to other functional units. Provide reports to superiors regarding effectiveness of data security and makes recommendations for the adoption of new procedures. Assist with reviewing, developing, and navigating the system, team, and customer through the Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditation/certification documentation process. Perform network self-inspections. Create new and edit existing documentation that forms the Authority to Operate (ATO) package to include the System Security Plan and IS contingency plan. Develop Plan of Action and Milestone (POAMS) from vulnerability data and enter into the system of record.

Requirements

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. A reasonable salary range for this position is $125K - $175K.
