Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Information Security Policy Manager for a client role based in Greenwich, CT. The position focuses on developing, maintaining, and communicating information security policies aligned to regulatory requirements and risk appetite.

You will own the policy library, ensuring the security program is supported by well-defined policy mandates and effective governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information/cyber security experience including 3+ years developing and managing information security policies in regulated industry.
• Fluent understanding of regulatory requirements affecting cybersecurity (DORA, SEC, FFIEC; EBA, SFC, MAS).
• Experience owning policies or technical standards documentation and responding to regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend information security policy library to align with regulatory requirements and risk appetite.
• Develop, review, and update policies and standards with defined maintenance intervals.
• Map policies to risk/regulatory frameworks and identify gaps; support audits and examinations.
