Job summary

Lexington Health is seeking an experienced Information Security Director to lead the development and delivery of security standards, architecture and programs across the enterprise. You will oversee audits, risk assessments, and incident response, coordinating with multiple departments to achieve compliant, secure IT operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Associate's Degree in Related Field.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years in IT, including 2 years in information security within healthcare.
• Substitutable Education & Experience: Associate's Degree can be substituted for 2 years of additional information security experience.
• Required Certifications/Licensure: At least two technical certifications in information security; willingness to obtain more.
• Required Training: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, processes, and threat intelligence; strong communication, collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads information security team and manages staff performance.
• Oversees security architecture, standards, and compliance across projects.
• Manages incident response and data breach containment activities.
• Coordinates security risk assessments and remediation planning.
• Maintains information security metrics and reports to senior leadership.
• Ensures adherence to department budgets and strategic information security goals.
