Job summary

Backstory is seeking a senior security leader to build, scale, and own preventative security capabilities across people, systems, data, and customers in a fast-growing AI/SaaS environment.

You will translate broad security objectives into concrete technical strategies, drive implementation, and partner with IT, Engineering, Platforms, Product, and business teams to strengthen our security posture, reporting directly to the CISO to execute roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on security leadership experience.
• Ability to drive security strategy and implement technical plans.
• Experience working in scaling AI or SaaS environments.
