This hands-on role leads security initiatives across operations, endpoint protection, cloud security, and compliance, influencing strategy and embedding security across the organization. Based in Bethlehem, PA, you will partner with global teams, manage risk, support audits, and drive the Shift Left approach within the SDLC using Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 10-12 years of information security experience.
• Relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve security program components.
• Lead complex security initiatives and advise across teams.
• Ensure secure SDLC and shift-left security practices.
• Support audits (SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA) and risk management.
• Coordinate with global teams on policies and controls.
