LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Incident Response Engineer to join our Information Security organization. You will lead investigations, develop playbooks, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with PR, HR, Legal and other teams.

The role is a Senior position, coming in with years of real world experience in responding and leading incident investigations, developing playbooks, and continually striving to improve processes and response times. Additionally as a Senior, a successful candidate will help lead the continued improvements, mentor more junior team members, while acting as a lead during large scale incidents.

The pay range for this role is $129,000 to $212,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
