Job summary

Tyonek seeks an IO Instructor/Developer to support 39th IOS at Hurlburt Field, FL. The role covers Information Operations training, development, and analysis across air, space, and cyber domains, including support for JFACC/JFC/CCDR or higher HQ capabilities to influence the information environment.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD/Master’s in a social science field, 15–20 years in operations within the information environment, and a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in a social science field.
• 15–20 years of experience in the field of Operations in the Information Environment.
• Top Secret Clearance/SCI required.
• Drug-free workplace with post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.

Responsibilities

• Understand IO operations planning and development to support training.
• Provide research and analytical support to the IO training team.
• Instruct students to present plans, orders, and senior-level briefings.
• Support integration of IO plans into JAOP and current operations simulations.
• Explain both technical and cognitive aspects of Information Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
