Sidley Austin LLP seeks an Information Governance Senior Manager to lead day-to-day governance operations, implement policies, and manage NetDocuments security across the Firm. You will coordinate with the GC, IT, and business units to sustain compliant information management and defensible disposition.

Two-way collaboration with leadership and practice groups will ensure consistent policy application, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and 10+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams or complex information governance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of records lifecycle, retention, and confidentiality controls.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day execution of the information governance program and set operational priorities.
• Partner with Records Management Director to implement governance strategies and policies.
• Oversee governance controls: classification, access, retention, and defensible disposition.
• Coordinate with GC, IT, and others to identify and remediate governance risks.
• Administer NetDocuments and related information management applications; manage security and configurations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify business requirements and implement tech solutions.
• Lead information governance procedures, training, and standards across the Firm.
• Establish performance measures and provide management reporting to leadership.
