Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. seeks an Information Assurance Security Engineer to support a 10-year IC contract. You will help design, deploy, operate and sustain IA controls across multiple networks and security domains worldwide.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly eligibility, a CS-related degree, and 10–15 years of data security experience. Strong cloud, security tooling, and scripting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS or related discipline, or equivalent.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI poly.
• 10–15 years of data security administration experience.
• IAM II certification to start per DoD 8570.1M.
• CISSP or equivalents (CAP, GSLC, CISM).
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure/AWS-based technology.
• Experience with security tooling (ACAS, HBSS, Carbon Black, Tanium, RedSeal, EMET).
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network perimeter security; Unix/RHEL; PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IS security procedures as a representative of the ISSM.
• Operate, maintain, and dispose of information system materials per SSPs.
• Provide security training to ensure user awareness prior to system access.
• Implement remediation for vulnerabilities via ACAS scans.
• Maintain network infrastructure standards, docs and fault tolerance.
• Perform forensic traffic/log analysis and respond to alerts.
• Support integration testing and special projects as needed.
• Present monitoring results and security reports.
