The Senior Informaticist coordinates with other analytics and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from subject matter experts. The Senior Informaticist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Informaticist applies advanced knowledge of data analysis, modeling, optimization techniques, and relevant analytical tools. This position is part of the Pharmacy Analytics division, with responsibilities that include working with pharmacy claims data. The team to which this position reports is dedicated to evaluating clinical programs, specifically those focused on member outreach and medication regimens. The Senior Informaticist is expected to understand and analyze complex datasets, effectively communicate insights across various business units at appropriate levels, and contribute to initiatives that can have a significant financial impact on the organization. Additional responsibilities include exercising independent judgment in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, establishing collaborative partnerships with related business teams to influence the design and implementation of clinical program studies and outreach strategies, and developing code to assess both outcomes and financial implications of programs.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
