Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Informatica Developer in enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Strong SQL skills across Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or similar, including performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of data warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, OLAP/OLTP, dimensional modeling).
• Hands-on experience with data loading techniques (incremental loads, CDC, batch).
• Knowledge of data comparison and reconciliation mechanisms for validating large data sets.
• Experience with ETL performance optimization and error handling.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud to support enterprise data integration needs.
• Implement data loading strategies for large-scale structured and semi-structured data.
• Develop efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for optimal data processing.
• Work with data warehouse concepts (fact tables, dimension tables, star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions, partitioning, indexing).
• Design and implement data comparison and reconciliation mechanisms to ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to support business reporting and analytics.
• Optimize ETL pipelines for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support for ETL processes.
• Work with version control, CI/CD, and scheduling tools for deployment and automation of data workflows.
