Job summary

City of New York’s Department of Finance seeks an Informatica Administrator to design, build, and support CPA PowerCenter integrations. The role focuses on ETL development, deployment, and ongoing performance tuning to ensure reliable citywide payment processing.

You’ll work within the FIT Division, collaborating with business teams and vendors, with potential hybrid remote options up to two days weekly. A strong background in Informatica and cloud transitions is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a computing-related field with several years of IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of INFORMATICA PowerCenter and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud-based transitions and Linux environments.
• Ability to deploy, test, and support data integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy mappings, transformations, sessions, and workflows in Informatica.
• Lead tuning, maintenance, and support for CPA Informatica PowerCenter.
• Create test cases and collaborate with analysts to verify requirements.
• Coordinate deployments and handle production support during off-hours.
• Evaluate and migrate to Informatica Cloud as needed.
