Job summary

Empiric is seeking a Senior ERP Development & Integration Lead to own the architecture, development, and integration of our Infor LN environment across on‑premise and Cloud Edition deployments. This senior individual contributor will guide a multi‑year LN modernization program including a full migration to LN Cloud Edition.

The role requires 8+ years in LN/BaanERP development, 3+ years in a technical lead capacity, and proven API/ION integration experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Infor LN / BaanERP development experience and deep LN knowledge.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role with architectural influence.
• Proven delivery across Infor ION integrations and LN web services (SOAP & REST).

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver custom Infor LN solutions across on‑prem and Cloud LN.
• Lead LN extensions, BDEs, and custom scripts; migrate customizations to LN Cloud Edition.
• Drive API and middleware integration with Infor ION and third‑party platforms (CRM, WMS, MES).
• Establish development standards and governance for the ERP technical team.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Mentor ERP team members with code reviews and development practices.

A leading advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior ERP Development & Integration Lead to own the technical architecture, development, and integration of their Infor LN environment — spanning both on-premise and Cloud Edition deployments. This is a senior individual contributor and technical leadership role at the center of a multi-year LN modernization program, including a full migration from LN on-premise to LN Cloud Edition.

What You Will Own

• Architect, develop, and deliver custom solutions within Infor LN — owning the full development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and post-go-live support
• Build and maintain LN extensions, BDEs, custom program scripts, and custom table structures — and lead the migration of all existing customizations to LN Cloud Edition
• Lead API and middleware integration work using Infor ION — designing and implementing integration solutions between LN, ION, and third-party platforms including CRM, WMS, MES, and adjacent enterprise systems
• Establish and govern development standards, code quality frameworks, and integration governance across the ERP technical team
• Partner with functional analysts and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable technical designs
• Provide hands‑on technical mentorship to ERP team members — conducting code reviews and upholding development standards across the program

What You Bring

• 8+ years of Infor LN / BaanERP development experience — deep hands‑on knowledge of the LN development environment, data dictionary and table structures, session customization, and custom program script development
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer role — comfortable owning architectural decisions and guiding less experienced developers
• Proven delivery across Infor ION integrations and LN web services (SOAP and REST APIs)
• Experience working across geographically distributed teams and comfortable with periodic out-of-hours availability during critical project phases
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (12+ years total)
