CooperDouglas has partnered with an established aviation manufacturing company near Smithfield is seeking a hands‑on technology professional to lead its ERP operations. This position will support production, supply chain, and finance by improving systems, reporting, and overall data flow across the organization. What You’ll Do
- Act as the lead resource for ERP configuration, maintenance, and improvement
- Oversee the transition from Oracle EBS to Infor CloudSuite Industrial and ensure a successful implementation
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline data, reporting, and analytics
- Troubleshoot issues, enhance systems, and guide users through process improvements
- Support technology planning and data initiatives across departments
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial and Oracle EBS is required
- Proven success leading multiple ERP implementations from start to finish
- Strong analytical ability and independence in problem solving and execution
- Experience within manufacturing, aviation, logistics, or large data‑driven industries
- Degree in Information Systems is ideal
The Offer
- Base salary between $110K-160K depending on experience plus annual bonus
