Job summary

RCT Systems seeks an Information Review and Release Analyst – Senior for on-site work at Fort Meade, MD. The role supports 16–40 hours weekly with a $105K salary. You will research documents, perform first‑level reviews, and apply EO 13526, FOIA and the Privacy Act to redact and release content, recording decisions in the system.

Applicants must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly on day one and show strong critical thinking, time management, and collaboration with client staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing first-level review of classified documents and making recommendations for redaction and/or release.
• Significant knowledge of client policies related to information security and classification.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly on day one of employment.

Responsibilities

• Research the substance and context of select documents and conduct first-level review.
• Make redactions electronically and/or manually under EO 13526, FOIA, and PA.
• Provide rationale for redactions using exemption codes and record decisions.
• Provide recommendations for release and check consistency with past decisions.
• Identify OGA equities and coordinate referrals.
