Linqia, a leading influencer marketing agency in San Francisco, seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end influencer programs and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will manage schedules, deliverables, and client experience from strategy through execution, with a focus on collaboration and accountability.

The role requires 4+ years in program management, strong communication, and a track record of driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in account, project or program management, agency experience preferred.
• Strong people skills and ability to build partnerships across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in leading meetings.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex program management and drive client experiences.
• Plan and execute project schedules; report status weekly.
• Balance cross-functional bandwidth and resource allocation.
• Coordinate hand-offs across teams and conduct post-mortems.
• Introduce program management tools and processes (Asana).
• Route feedback to influencers and clients with clear revisions.
• Identify risks early and coordinate mitigation with partners.
• Ensure process improvements and ownership of business goals.
