Job summary

HAGLER Process is seeking a Sales Engineer in Chattanooga/Kingsport area to develop new business and strengthen customer relationships. You will deliver technical sales support, understand client processes, and recommend pumps and process equipment tailored to industrial applications.

The role requires a strong technical background in industrial equipment, proven sales success, and the ability to travel locally to meet with engineers, maintenance teams, and plant personnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or related products is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering or equivalent combination of relevant industrial/technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect for new accounts and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
• Meet with customers to understand their processes, applications, equipment needs, and operational challenges.
• Recommend pumps, mechanical seals, process equipment, and other technical solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information.
