Job summary

You will drive site-specific security innovations, partnering with multiple teams to implement a long-term vision for secure, efficient data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience with day-to-day site operations in industrial facilities.
• Experience leading cybersecurity or technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Own information security programs for industrial equipment and facility assets within LATAM, while leading OT security workstreams globally.
• Develop and drive program implementation, long-term strategy, cross-site execution, and resource prioritization for information security efforts across Google’s Data Centers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define/measure security postures and drive continuous improvements.
• Guide and optimize OT security programs to drive consistency and efficiencies across teams, measuring success by OKRs.
• Leverage control system insights to influence stakeholders across DC Central Operations and related teams.
