Job summary

Intelligrated is a leading provider of warehouse automation and material handling solutions. The Sr Industrial Maintenance Technician role is based at a client site in Luckey, OH and supports weekend night shifts, ensuring optimal performance of automated systems.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mechanical and/or Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems using technical drawings (electronic/mechanical schematics) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multi-meter, laptop)
• Follow appropriate safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.) and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
• Performs preventive maintenance, repairs and cleaning on equipment (e.g., pneumatic systems, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.) and shop according to safety and quality procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and follow up with customer on resolutions
• Willing to work overtime and cover multiple shifts, when needed
• Other duties as assigned
