Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III for the 2nd shift (3pm-1am, Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays) at our Dallas-area facility. You will diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment, perform setup, and advance electrical controls to ensure continuous production.

The role requires 7-10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, an associated degree, knowledge of LOTO, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
  • Willing to standby on-call and overtime as required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and CMMS systems.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems on manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments.
  • Repair and maintain mechanical components for peak operation.
  • Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC inputs/outputs.
  • Maintain pneumatic systems and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Enter work in CMMS and monitor spare parts usage.
