Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume retail distribution operations. You’ll lead maintenance for conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient performance.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors while mentoring junior technicians in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Experience mentoring junior technicians.
