Job summary

Kohl’s Department Stores seeks a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance for conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate repairs with vendors, and mentor junior technicians.

You’ll help minimize downtime, support safety and quality initiatives, and partner closely with operations teams

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining conveyors, sorters, forklifts, and building systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance and mentor junior technicians.
